2. Contract Formation

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse orders if products are unavailable or pricing errors occur.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Prices may change but won’t affect confirmed orders. Payment is required in full when ordering.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. For vans, specific arrangements will be agreed separately.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving products without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us using the details above. We’ll refund you within 14 days of cancellation. You must return products within 14 days at your cost (unless faulty). You’re responsible for diminished value from excessive handling.

Cancellation rights don’t apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Products that have been installed or used (except test-driven vans)
• Sealed products unsuitable for return if unsealed

6. Faulty Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund. Contact us as soon as possible if there’s a problem.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. Subject to this, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product(s).

8. Vehicle Sales

Vans are sold as seen. We recommend inspection before purchase. You must ensure any van meets your requirements. Vehicle descriptions are provided in good faith. We’ll provide documentation for DVLA registration transfer.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy available on our website.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after updates are posted on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. As a consumer, this doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
